What is your transition policy?

Whenever a child starts the program, for transition purposes, the first 2 days of enrollment are half days. Your child will have lunch with the class and can be picked up no later than 12:30 pm. We know that this transition is also for the parent. You can call the office to check on your child’s day and Penny and Cindy will be happy to help you. The office cannot transfer your call to the classroom.

Do you have a sign-in and sign-out policy?

Each class has a kindle outside the classroom door. You must sign your child in each day at drop off and sign the child out at pick up at the end of the day.

What are the parking procedures?

The Children’s Center has parking privileges which allows parents to pull-up in front of the center to drop off and pick up their child. In order to maintain these privileges, we ask that all parents limit their drop off and pickup to no longer than 10 minutes. You must park in Parking Lot. It is also imperative that you follow the safety procedures listed in the parking pass.

Can I make up days?

The Children’s Center Does Not offer make-up days. If your child is absent due to illness, vacation, etc. upon return, they can attend only on the days they are enrolled for. Please understand that it would be most difficult to provide the multitude of families we service with make-up days.
