7:45-8:00am  Drop off in Purple Room

8:00-9:30am Blue Room

• Children sign in & answer question of the day

• Breakfast

• Learning Centers

  • Science

  • Dramatic Play

  • Blocks

  • Art

  • Literacy,  Library & Computer

9:30-10:00am- Morning Circle -The teachers introduce curriculum and themes of the day/week.

10:00-10:45am

• Classroom activities based on curriculum goals & circle theme.

10:45-11:45am

• Playground and/or walk or classroom activities (depends on weather) to promote gross motor skills, cooperative play, & imaginative play).

11:45-12:00pm          Children make up cots, use bathroom, & set table for lunch.

12:00 – 12:45pm        Lunch

12:45-1:45pm            Rest time

1:45-2:45pm              Quiet activities (books, puzzles, games, etc.)

2:45- 3:00pm            Snack  

3:00-3:15pm              Circle (review of morning concepts and activities) & transition to free play  

3:15-4:45pm              Afternoon small group activities (learning centers) and/or playground

4:45-5:10pm              Quiet activities (books, puzzles, games, etc.)

5:10-5:15pm              Gathering personal items for school closing
